COMPANY - HISTORY
Discipline.
Armaner is a manufacturer who is specialized in men’s tailoring. Our product range includes men’s blazers, single trousers, waistcoats, shirts, chinos, double breasted suits, socks, overcoats and suits.
The production takes place in house and also in affiliated sub- contracted companies in Turkey.
Armaner supplies many well-known European and American brands, department stores and mail order sectors with focusing on customers’ requirements,
Armaner is capable to give a full service from product development to logistics for customers, with its experienced staff and organization.
QUALITY CONTROL
Meticulos.
Quality control process starts with the inspection of raw materials and continues during the process of Production until the goods are put on the truck and the door is closed. Armaner uses the raw materials that are confirmed with all necessary tests made by well-known companies like SGS, Bureau Vertias. Armaner has a large Quality Control Team. There are 3 quality control managers. ( 2 in the factory and 1 for sub-contractors) There is a total of 25 quality control personal. (20 in-house-5 in subcontractors) Armaner makes an in-house inspection for all garments ready for shipment in warehouse according to AQL 2.5 standards to check and prevent possible mistakes before shipment.
BUSINESS CONCEPT
Stability.
Armaner does not identify itself just as a manufacturer but also as a partner of its customers. Around this point of view, Armaner always tries to support its customers according to customers’ requirements.
One of the most important characteristics of Armaner is ‘flexibility’. The business can be made as C.M, C.M.T or finish product. There is no pressure of ‘minimum order quantity on the customer in C.M. and C.M.T. business. Armaner requires for ‘M.O.Q.’ just in the finish product business because of the fabric minimums.
As a manufacturer Armaner developed itself also in sourcing and product development and production organization. Products of Armaner are selled in through Turkish, African, Asian,American,Canada, Australia markets. So on the other hand Armaner knows very well the needs of the customers. Out of in-house production, Armaner is also producing (Men's Suit, Blazers, Pants, shirts, socks, chinos)in affiliated factories to be able to serve its’ clients in different range of prices. PRODUCTION
Fashion.
Armaner’s head office is based in Istanbul / Turkiye in the same address of our factory where the in-house production takes place. Our factory has 5.000 square meters of closed area. In house production is operated as two lines with a capacity of around 25.000 pieces monthly. One line is for jackets and overcoats and the other line is for trousers. There are around 300 people who work in production.
The warehouses, design room, the offices, cutting room, production, pressing room and the packaging is in the factory. So all process of the orders are under control in one building. In the production process, Armaner use the machines of well-known leading companies like Kuris, Gerber, Durkopp Adler, Pfaff, Strobel, Juki, ASS, Brother, Brisay, Macpi, AMF.
In the cutting room, all the materials are spread on the cutting table with automatic machines of SETEC and GERBER. ( except check fabrics ). For checking fabrics Armaner uses a special table with pins of Veit. The cutting process is done with automatic cutting machines of GERBER and KURIS. In the fusing room, the fusing press machines (MEYER and KANNEGEISER ) are controlled periodically, 2 times a day to be able to check the heat and the pressure of the machines. The Sewing room has different lines of preparation and assembling. There is production manager and 6 assistant who are responsible of just sewing operations in jacket line. There is 1 production manager and 3 assistant who are responsible of sewing room in trousers line. Armaner use the Brisay machines in pressing room. There is 1 manager and 2 assistant for pressing of jacket and trousers.
LOGISTICS
Safety.
Armaner has a total of 5.000 square meters closed area in the factory, reserved for storage of raw materials and finish garments. The capacity of our warehouse for finish garments, is 25.000 pieces. Armaner can produce and keep the stocks of the customers. Customers can inform the Armaner for their weekly call-off from the stock and weekly shipments can be organized by Armaner . Partial shipments are made generally on Wednesday and Friday. Full trucks can be arranged for any day.
LOGISTICS
Normal transport time to Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, UK is 7-10 days. This time can be shortened to 3-4 days by using 2 drivers in the urgent situations. About Africa We can give you details of Corgo's here,its fast and best way for it.

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.
If a customer choose expedited shipping we process & ship his/her orders in 12-24 hours by express mail. The express orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. Note that holidays, weekends, and Mondays are NOT included in processing or shipping times. Expedited shipping fees is non refundable.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. ARMANER cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (Armaner), marked by the carrier as “delivered”, or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, Armaner is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. Armaner will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
ORDERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 60% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by DHL, TNT, USPS, FEDEX ,PTT ,Or Local Cargos companies depending on the weight and size of the product.
